4 feet of snow have fallen in my area over the past 2 days, and as I've been digging to unearth my car and my driveway I started thinking: What's the worst sort of weather you guys have experienced?
For me it's been snow storms with thunder and lightning (the light of which reflects off the falling snow and cause total white blindness for about 3 seconds). Also one year we got 70 inches of snow over a 4 day period.
How about the rest of you?

Damn, that's pretty bad. In North Carolina the worst we've gotten was that little storm back in 1993. My Colorado-born science professor always berates the class for dressing in arctic gear when the mercury hits 32, haha.

Heh. I probably would too. I usually wear a T-shirt, jeans, and a light windbreaker in the fall and spring unless/until the temp gets below freezing. Then I put on a warmer coat (but I still wear the jeans! lol).

The worst weather here is either a small cyclone that broke 1 little window in a house once or a flood we had once.
I mean compared to getting your car covered up in snow its pretty Mild overe here, Guess that;s why I have never left.
I don't even wear long pants or jeans ever here any more. There maybe a week in the year I have to wear long pants to work cos its too cold.
